Tod's, also known as Tod's Group, is an Italian company that produces luxury shoes and other leather goods. It is chaired by businessman Diego Della Valle.

Filippo Della Valle started the shoemaking business from a basement in the late 1920s. Diego Della Valle, the eldest son of Dorino Della Valle and grandson of Filippo Della Valle, expanded the workshop into a factory that began manufacturing shoes for American stores in the 1970s. Mr. Della Valle says he became interested in retail on his first visit to the United States as a young man when he stopped by at Saks Fifth Avenue, where his father was selling shoes.

Diego introduced innovative marketing strategies in the early 1980s, keeping the manufacturing process handcrafted and continuing to create lifestyle brands called Tod's, Hogan, and Fay.

The Della Valle family, which owns the luxury brand, owns stakes in RCS MediaGroup, Fiorentina football team, and other companies. All members of the family were born in the central Italian region of Marche, and many of them still reside there.
